With a background in food manufacturing, particularly in the sandwich industry, Mubeen Mitha brought invaluable experience in large-scale food production and operations. His deep understanding of the industry, combined with his sharp commercial acumen, positioned him perfectly to oversee the sales, customer service, and commercial side of the business. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has been a driving force behind the company's growth.

James Innes – The Technical Maestro

A trained chef-turned-food-manufacturer, James Innes began his journey in food service before transitioning into manufacturing in 2006. His expertise in both sectors made him the ideal person to oversee the technical aspects of running the factory — ensuring that every product meets the highest industry standards. James also plays a key role in sales and customer relations, ensuring that the company not only produces outstanding food but also builds lasting relationships with clients.

Vishal Khanna – The Culinary Innovator

Hailing from India and armed with an extensive background as a professional chef, Vishal Khanna is the creative force behind The Original Curry Company. With a hand-picked team of chefs he has worked with for over 20 years, Vishal leads the company’s new product development, working closely with clients to craft innovative, high-quality dishes tailored to market demands. His passion for authenticity and excellence is evident in every dish the company produces, and it’s not just curry, Vishal and his team can pretty much put their hands to anything when it comes to food.
